Website & SMS Terms — The SPY General

These terms describe use of The SPY General webinar website and optional messaging program operated by Kingdom Financial Ambassadors. Questions: admin@thespygeneral.com.

Educational use

The website and briefings provide trading education and general information. They are not personalized investment advice or a promise of results. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital. You are responsible for your decisions.

Registration and access

Provide accurate contact information and use the site lawfully. Available webinar times and delivery can change; follow the confirmation and access instructions for your selected session. Do not copy or redistribute protected course materials without permission.

Purchases

Any paid SPY Mastery purchase takes place through Whop. The offer, pricing, subscription, cancellation, refund and course-access terms presented at checkout and the existing course agreement govern that purchase. These website/SMS terms do not create a new refund policy or replace those purchase terms.

Optional SMS program

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in The SPY General SMS program. Depending on the separate choices you make, The SPY General may send webinar/session reminders, access or account/service updates, and/or promotional texts about educational programs and offers. Text consent is voluntary and is not required to register or buy. Frequency varies with activity and the subscriptions selected. Your mobile provider may charge for texts or data.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP to a message to end that SMS subscription. A final unsubscribe acknowledgment may follow. To subscribe again, complete the opt-in process again. Reply HELP or email admin@thespygeneral.com for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
