Kingdom Financial Ambassadors operates The SPY General and this webinar website. Contact admin@thespygeneral.com for privacy questions or requests.
When you register, choose a webinar session, contact us, or purchase access, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, chosen session, message preferences, and purchase/access information. We also collect webinar engagement such as accumulated video playback and attendance, and technical information such as browser/device information, IP address, pages visited and cookies or similar identifiers. Payment processing is handled through Whop and its payment providers; this website does not ask you to enter payment-card details into its webinar forms.
We use information to register and schedule your webinar, provide access and support, send requested service communications, manage purchases and onboarding, maintain security, measure site and advertising performance, and send promotional communications when permitted and consistent with your choices. Providing a phone number does not itself authorize text marketing. SMS choices are optional and separate from webinar registration or purchase.
We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, CRM and communications; Zoom for live sessions; Whop for purchases and access; and Cloudflare for hosting/integration services. These providers process information to deliver their services. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or systems, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel, and TikTok Pixel, to understand visits and actions on the site, measure advertising performance, and help show relevant advertising on Meta, Reddit, and TikTok services. These technologies can send browsing and device identifiers and activity to Meta, Reddit, and TikTok, which handle information under their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences in your Meta, Reddit, and TikTok accounts. Blocking cookies or tracking may affect some site functions.
When you accept optional advertising tracking and submit a webinar registration, we may also share a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email address with TikTok for its Manual Advanced Matching feature. This hash cannot be reversed to recover your email. It lets TikTok associate your registration with your activity on TikTok so we can measure ad performance on TikTok. We do not send your raw email address, phone number, or name to TikTok. You can opt out of this matching at any time by rejecting or withdrawing optional tracking; a rejected or withdrawn visitor sends no identifiers to TikTok. SMS consent is not advertising tracking consent and does not authorize identifier sharing.
Advertising tracking via the Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel, and TikTok Pixel is optional. It is separate from webinar registration, live-session selection, Zoom access, SMS consent, and reminders — all of which work regardless of your tracking choice. We do not use SMS consent, registration submission, or continued browsing as tracking consent.
Approved campaign-source labels (such as UTM parameters) submitted with your registration are retained in your CRM registration record for internal reporting and workflow source information, regardless of your optional tracking choice. They are used for our internal campaign-source reporting and are separate from data sent to Meta, Reddit, and TikTok by their pixels, and are not cleared by rejecting or withdrawing optional tracking. CRM data already submitted with your registration has separate retention. Registration, live-session selection, Zoom access, and reminders are not conditional on your tracking choice or on campaign-source presence.
Before you make a choice, no advertising SDK loads and no advertising events are sent. Approved campaign-source labels (such as UTM parameters) are saved in browser storage on your device for up to seven days, across tabs and browser restarts, independently of your optional tracking choice — they are used for our internal campaign-source reporting and are separate from data sent to Meta, Reddit, and TikTok by their pixels, and are not erased by rejecting or withdrawing optional tracking. Browser storage may be cleared earlier by you or your browser settings; expired records are removed on the next access. We never retain the full original URL or identity-bearing parameters.
You can accept or reject optional tracking using the “Privacy choices” control on this site. When you accept, each SDK initializes once and we use Reddit's documented rdt_cid click-attribution mechanism. When you reject or withdraw, our wrapper functions stop sending new events — rejected or GPC (Global Privacy Control) visitors receive no Meta, Reddit, or TikTok SDK events — but the separate internal campaign-source record is not erased. We re-check your choice before every event.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we disable optional advertising tracking and honor that signal — it overrides any previously saved acceptance.
Your privacy preference is stored locally on your device under a versioned key and expires after 365 days. If local storage is unavailable, tracking stays disabled unless a current in-session acceptance permits it for that document.
Withdrawal: Rejecting or withdrawing stops our wrapper functions from sending new events. Rejected or GPC visitors receive no Meta, Reddit, or TikTok SDK events, and the separate internal campaign-source record is not erased. If an advertising SDK has already loaded, rejecting triggers a controlled page reload so the rejected-consent bootstrap prevents both SDKs from loading again. If you have unsaved form input at that moment, you are asked to confirm before the reload — unsaved input will be lost, and we do not silently store personal form data to preserve it. An in-progress registration is never interrupted; the reload is deferred until it completes. We cannot revoke data already transmitted to Meta, Reddit, or TikTok — that is governed by their own privacy policies and opt-out controls.
We do not replay registrations completed before acceptance or invent historical conversions. No Purchase events are fired from this website; purchases are handled by Whop at checkout.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Providers assisting with customer support or delivering our messaging service may process the information needed for that work. Text-message subscription records and consent are excluded from other sharing described in this policy and are not provided to outside parties for their own use. We do not sell leads. These protections apply separately from general website advertising analytics.
Use the unsubscribe link in promotional email to stop those emails. Reply STOP to an SMS to withdraw text-message consent; reply HELP or email admin@thespygeneral.com for assistance. Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel a purchase or webinar registration. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information; available rights and any lawful exceptions depend on applicable law. We retain information as needed to provide services, respect communication preferences, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Contact: admin@thespygeneral.com.
